Last updated: May 28, 2024

Thank you to the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce!

It was a pleasure to discuss Virginia’s new record sealing laws with the Business Development and Assistance Council.

The business community across Virginia stands to benefit from more qualified employees. There really is a waiting workforce in Virginia!

The economic benefits to Virginia from the new laws are yet to be determined, but research from other states shows that both employees and businesses will benefit from record sealing. Virginia’s waiting workforce will benefit Virginia’s economy by increasing the tax base and expanding employment.

Thank you again to the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce!
